Terms and conditions for using NeoCharters services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NeoCharters services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
NeoCharters provides luxury transportation services including airport transfers, hourly charters, and point-to-point transfers throughout Singapore. Our services are provided using premium Toyota Alphard and Vellfire vehicles operated by professional chauffeurs.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for confirmed reservations. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or special requests.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
- 50% charge for cancellations 12–24 hours before service
- Full charge for cancellations less than 12 hours before service or no-shows
Cancellation by NeoCharters
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle unavailability, or chauffeur illness. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds.
Flight Delays
For airport transfers, complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is provided from the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur charges. Flight cancellations result in free rebooking or full refunds.
5. Service Terms
Vehicle and Chauffeur Standards
All vehicles are well-maintained, air-conditioned, and equipped with safety features. Chauffeurs are licensed, uniformed, and trained professionals who maintain the highest standards of service and courtesy.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/dropoff information
- Be ready at the designated pickup time
- Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Report any issues immediately
Prohibited Items and Activities
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if these rules are violated.
6. Insurance Coverage
All vehicles are comprehensively insured. However, personal accident insurance for passengers is not included. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if desired.
7. Special Requirements
Special requests including child seats, additional luggage, or specific vehicle preferences must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
NeoCharters reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
